We are looking for a talented Field Engineer to work on major water treatment projects around London & Reading.

-Competitive salary ranging from 40,000-54,000 (subject to experience).

Responsibilities:

-Conduct scheduled and unplanned maintenance checks across a system of CHP Spark Ignition generators, within a geographical region.

-Coordinate with CHP support professionals and suppliers, ensuring generator maintenance assessment are executed safely, minimising downtime and budget.

-Produce and maintain up to date reports, records, and documentation within a limited timeframe, whilst ensuring accuracy across all documents.

-Verify project materials, tools and elements that are required for waste, lubricants, and other orders.

-Promote and nurture health and safety across all work activities, whilst ensuring all works follow industry standards, procedures, and key legislations.

-Ensure consistent excellence across all customer service practices, whilst conducting product training, ensuring team performance and professional development.

Requirements:

-NVQ or C&G Qualified in mechanical and/or electrical engineering is desirable.

-Strong proficiency in the operation and optimisation of assets gained from the use of generator and/or engine controls, such as DIA.NE, ComAp, and TEM Evo.

-Significant understanding of all elements involved within the operation and upkeep of internal combustion engines.

-Ability to conduct methodological, thorough, and comprehensive diagnostic checks on generator, engine, and other relevant systems.

-Capacity to operate and optimise engine and generator control assets, using ComAp, TEM Evo, and DIA.NE.

-Willingness to work both independently and as a part of a team, ensuring high quality work delivery, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
