Committed to innovation and sustainable practices, they cater to diverse clients across industries and are currently in search of a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree (BSc or BEng) in Geology or Engineering, complemented by a postgraduate qualification in a related field (MEng, MSc, etc.)
  • Already obtained or actively working towards a chartered accreditation
  • Demonstrated success in design-focused Geotechnical roles

The successful candidate will take a lead role on projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget and timeline objectives.

The role:

  • Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations, including site visits, soil and rock sampling, and laboratory testing
  • Analyse geotechnical data and prepare detailed reports, offering engineering recommendations and design solutions
  • Provide expert guidance on foundation design, slope stability, earth retention systems, and other geotechnical aspects of projects
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, environmental scientists, and construction professionals, to deliver cohesive solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior geotechnical engineers and technical staff
