Lead Exciting Structural Projects
Are you a Senior Structural Engineer looking to take the next step? Join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across the UK. You'll manage projects, guide design solutions, and collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead structural design across steel, concrete, masonry, and timber at all RIBA stages.
Produce high-quality calculations and drawings for building control and client submissions.
Collaborate with BIM/CAD teams to deliver coordinated, accurate designs.
Mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional development.
Manage projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and external consultants.
Contribute to practice development, proposals, and process improvements.
About You
6+ years' UK structural engineering experience.
Near-Chartered or working towards Chartered status (IStructE/MICE).
Strong knowledge of UK codes and standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Collaborative, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
