Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
Location: London (with travel across 12 commercial office buildings)
Salary: £43,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card + Door to Door commute paid forÂ
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Are you a qualified electrician looking to take the next step in your career Our client – a market-leading Facilities Management company – is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of a portfolio of 12 high-profile commercial office buildings in London and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.

Conduct fault finding and carry out remedial works where necessary.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.

Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using CAFM systems.

Provide excellent customer service and liaise professionally with clients on-site.

Support other engineers and participate in out-of-hours rota when required.
What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).

Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

Full UK driving licence.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
