Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum + overtime + call-out allowance
Call-out Rota: 1 in 6
Location: Westminster, London

We are seeking a skilled and reliableMobile Electrician to join our maintenance team covering commercial sites across the Westminster area. This role offers excellent earning potential and the opportunity to work with a leading building services provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive electrical works across commercial buildings.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults safely and efficiently.

• Undertake small installation, repair, and project works as required.

• Ensure all work is completed in line with current electrical and health & safety regulations.

• Participate in the 1-in-6 call-out rota to provide emergency cover.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.

• 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations (essential).

• Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) desirable.

• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
