We are looking for anMulti Skilled HVAC Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theMulti Skilled HVAC Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheMulti Skilled HVAC Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems within a historic estate across Mayfair and Belgravia.
- Your role involves delivering exceptional service to clients by answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping them informed of site activities.
- You'll need to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, and have a thorough understanding of building control systems and BMS.
- Additionally, you'll perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces
- Ensuring all work adheres to Health & Safety standards.
To be successful for this Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:
- Full current driving licence.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Relevant qualificationssuch as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1&2
- C&GLevel 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering, FGAS and ODS (desirable)
- HWSS - Vented & Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems (desirable).
