Mobile Mechanical Engineer- Central London and M25 Corridor- 50k- Permanent Opportunity

My client, a leading Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an Experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to work on across a portfolio of buildings within Central London and a few sites in the M25 corridor. The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within the M25 corridor.

The successful candidate will be carrying out Maintenance, Install and Reactive tasks across the portfolio.

To be considered you must have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical + HVAC + Plumbing and Installation. In return the company are offering a salary up to 50,000 with overtime, progression Van + Fuel card provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• PPM's and Reactive works
• HVAC Maintenance
• AHU's & FCU's
• Plumbing maintenance
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Updating site log books
• Provide further works reports where required
• Completing all works to a high standard
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments are prepared and used for all tasks
• Supervising Sub-Contractors
• Surverying and Quoting
• Call out of 1 in 4 - this is due to be implemented soon
• Happy to work on pipework up to 10"
• Plumbing PPM's and repairs
• Hot and cold-water services
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Valve replacements
• Strainers
• Unvented Cylinders
• Calorifiers
• Heat pumps
• Actuators
• 3 port valves
• Plate heat exchangers (installs and servicing)
• Invertors

Required Skills:

• Level 3 Mechanical or Level 3 Plumbing
• F-GAS would be a bonus
• Working experience in a Mechanical/HVAC or Building Services environment
• Other preferable skills: Basic Electrical and Surveying/Quoting experience
• Providing technical support to administration staff as required.
