Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1

  • Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, assessment frameworks and phonics delivery

  • A positive, reflective and proactive approach to teaching

  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils

  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and supporting all children to thrive
