The Role
As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire and support pupils to achieve their full potential. You’ll create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
As Subject Lead, you will take ownership of a specific subject, shaping its curriculum and delivery across the school. You’ll have the opportunity to innovate, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure the subject is taught to the highest standard, providing guidance and professional development to staff. You'll assess and monitor pupil progress, work closely with parents and carers, and contribute to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a teacher with UK QTS and a passion for primary education, combined with a proven track record of excellent teaching practice. Experience in subject leadership or a keen interest in leading a subject area is key. You should be reflective, open to feedback, and committed to continuous professional development. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, passionate about fostering a high-expectations environment for all learners, and eager to make a real impact both in the classroom and across the school.
