A mainstream Primary school is seeking a dedicated and qualified Teacher to join their supportive team this September. This is an incredible opportunity to provide tailored education and champion the unique strengths of every child.
The school are looking for an SEN Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has proven experience teaching pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of diverse learning styles and can plan, deliver, and assess highly differentiated and engaging lessons.
- Is skilled in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCP targets, effectively monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
- Demonstrates excellent behaviour management strategies, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
- Is collaborative, empathetic, and an outstanding communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
