  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has proven experience teaching pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of diverse learning styles and can plan, deliver, and assess highly differentiated and engaging lessons.
  • Is skilled in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCP targets, effectively monitoring and reporting on pupil progress.
  • Demonstrates excellent behaviour management strategies, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued.
  • Is collaborative, empathetic, and an outstanding communicator, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
