Salary: 170 - 260 per day (dependent on experience)
About the Role
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to take on a Year 2 class from 3rd November. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and creative teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, support children's progress, and help pupils build confidence in both literacy and numeracy.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Primary Teacher or a newly qualified teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a Year 2 class in line with the KS1 curriculum.
Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom that supports all learners.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Contribute to wider school life and uphold the school's values.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Experience teaching in KS1 is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
