Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and values.

• Create a positive, stimulating and well-managed classroom environment.

• Use assessment effectively to track progress and tailor learning to meet individual needs.

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, promoting effective communication and partnership.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and collaborative planning.

• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, progress and personal development.
