Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Primary Teachers to provide flexible teaching cover across a range of inclusive and welcoming primary schools in Islington. This role is perfect for qualified teachers looking for short-term, day-to-day, or pre-booked supply teaching assignments from Nursery through to Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Follow school policies and existing lesson plans, or deliver your own planned lessons
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
Provide continuity for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher
Adapt quickly to different school settings, year groups, and pupil needs
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent teaching experience in UK primary schools
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confident, adaptable, and reliable across multiple school environments
Professional, punctual, and committed to high-quality teaching
