Are you an enthusiastic and passionate Year 1 Primary Teacher ready to make a lasting impact on young learners? We are excited to invite applications for a full-time, permanent Year 1 Teacher position at our vibrant school in Ealing, starting in September 2025.

About the Role:
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the National Curriculum to a diverse and eager group of pupils. You will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Your role will involve planning, assessing, and adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of each student, while providing a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a full range of subjects in line with the Year 1 National Curriculum.

• Create engaging and stimulating lesson plans that promote enthusiasm for learning.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents.

• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives and events.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally with Year 1 pupils (although newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply).

• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A creative approach to teaching with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
