Job Title: Year 6 Teacher
Location: Camberwell, South London
Start date: Immediate Start
Salary: 245 - 255 per day
Contract: Full Time / Short Term (May - July)
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Year 6 Primary Teacher looking for a short term role until July?
We are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in the heart of Camberwell, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. The school is committed to fostering a love of learning and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Year 6 Tacher Key Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for following the lesson plans provided by the regular teacher and ensuring that the students are engaged and learning.
- You are expected to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, enforcing school rules and policies as needed.
- You must be flexible and adaptable, able to work in a variety of different classrooms and subject areas at short notice.
- You are responsible for providing feedback to the regular teacher about the students' progress and behaviour during your time in the classroom
Requirements:
- PGCE / QTS
- Experience working with primary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations
- Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice
