Are you a skilled Underwriter with a strong track record in US Property Binders?Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments where autonomy and expertise are valued?We're working exclusively with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate seeking a driven and experienced US Property Binders Underwriter to join their expanding team.About the Role: You will be responsible for managing and underwriting a portfolio of US property binder business, working with MGAs and coverholders across the United States. This is a strategic, high-impact role, with key responsibilities including:
  • Underwriting and pricing US property delegated authority business
  • Developing and maintaining strong broker and coverholder relationships
  • Conducting due diligence and onboarding of new binder arrangements
  • Portfolio management, performance analysis, and profitability monitoring
  • Working closely with actuarial, claims, and compliance teams to ensure best practices
About You:
  • Experience in US property delegated authority (binders, MGAs, or coverholders)
  • In-depth knowledge of Lloyd’s market practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
