The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international shipments. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant transportation of goods.

Description

  • Coordinate daily logistics operations for both inbound and outbound shipments
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
  • Prepare shipping documentation including customs paperwork, and compliance forms
  • Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve exceptions proactively
  • Support internal teams with inventory availability, shipment status updates, and freight quotes
  • Assist with freight invoice audits and cost tracking
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP and TMS platforms

Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping practices
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in food, ingredients, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
