The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end coordination of domestic and international shipments. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant transportation of goods.

Description
- Coordinate daily logistics operations for both inbound and outbound shipments
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
- Prepare shipping documentation including customs paperwork, and compliance forms
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve exceptions proactively
- Support internal teams with inventory availability, shipment status updates, and freight quotes
- Assist with freight invoice audits and cost tracking
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and TMS platforms
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping practices
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in food, ingredients, or manufacturing sectors is a plus
