Are you passionate about science and global collaboration? Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Scientific Programme Officer to help deliver its international programme of scientific meetings and events. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world's most prestigious scientific institutions, supporting global research and innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of international scientific meetings, lectures, and networking events
  • Collaborate with scientists, Fellows, and international partners to shape impactful programmes
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and delegate processes with precision
  • Draft briefing materials and reports for senior stakeholders
  • Support onsite delivery of events in the UK and abroad (approx. 3 trips/year)

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-profile events-ideally with international partners
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • A degree or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with the academic or scientific community
