Company Overview:A fast-growing digital media company delivering performance-driven video advertising solutions for global brands and agencies. The team combines programmatic technology, data insights, and brand-safe targeting to maximise results across premium video environments.

This is a hands-on role managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X.

You will manage the full campaign lifecycle, focusing on driving business outcomes using data insights and optimisation techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Manage budgets, including forecasting and margin control to maximise ROI

  • Analyse campaign data to inform strategy and improve KPIs

  • Use audience segmentation, creative testing, and automation to enhance performance

  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign success

  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes

  • Provide detailed performance reporting with actionable insights

  • Represent the team in client meetings with data-driven recommendations

  • Support and mentor junior team members

Experience & skills:

  • 5+ years managing paid media campaigns across major platforms including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with budget management and campaign optimisation

  • Skilled in A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience targeting

  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and with external partners

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution, and first-party data usage

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementations

  • Understanding of incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, and lift studies

  • Experience with third-party measurement and verification tools

  • Data-driven approach focused on delivering measurable results
