About the RoleA leading London university is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Publications Producer to manage the production of a range of printed student recruitment materials. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality publications that support prospective students in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee the full production cycle of student recruitment print materials, from planning through to final delivery.

Commission and manage relationships with external printers to ensure cost-effective and timely output.

Collaborate with in-house designers to create engaging and on-brand publications.

Proofread all content to a high standard, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy.

Ensure all materials meet Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) compliance standards.

Contribute to the production of online publications as required.

Liaise with stakeholders across the university to coordinate inputs and meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience managing the production of printed publications.

Exceptional proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

Experience working with printers and managing print production timelines.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Understanding of CMA compliance in the context of student recruitment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience working within the higher education sector.

Knowledge of producing and managing digital publications.
