About the Role

A leading London university is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Publications Producer to manage the production of a range of printed student recruitment materials. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality publications that support prospective students in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full production cycle of student recruitment print materials, from planning through to final delivery.

  • Commission and manage relationships with external printers to ensure cost-effective and timely output.

  • Collaborate with in-house designers to create engaging and on-brand publications.

  • Proofread all content to a high standard, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accuracy.

  • Ensure all materials meet Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) compliance standards.

  • Contribute to the production of online publications as required.

  • Liaise with stakeholders across the university to coordinate inputs and meet deadlines.

Essential Experience and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing the production of printed publications.

  • Exceptional proofreading skills with high attention to detail.

  • Experience working with printers and managing print production timelines.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Understanding of CMA compliance in the context of student recruitment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Desirable
  • Previous experience working within the higher education sector.

  • Knowledge of producing and managing digital publications.
