About the Role

We're looking for a freelance digital media specialist to support our paid media team with social-focused tasks. This is a short-term engagement designed to help with time-consuming but essential activities, ensuring smooth campaign execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management:
    • Assist in setting up and managing paid social campaigns across multiple clients and industries.
    • Upload and launch new creatives, monitor performance, and ensure timely optimizations.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Pull standardized tables and generate reports for PCA (Post Campaign Analysis) and social media performance.
    • Conduct basic social media analysis (e.g., demographic breakdowns like gender-based impressions).
    • Deliver post-campaign analysis and insights to improve creative effectiveness.
  • Data Handling:
    • Extract data from Excel and create tables for reporting.
    • Support manual builds and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Creative Insights:
    • Identify trends in ad performance and recommend creative testing strategies.
    • Collaborate with clients to optimize ad creatives for better conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Availability for 2-3 days per week over a 3-4 week period, maintaining a consistent schedule.
  • Ability to work onsite 1-2 times per week (Monday-Thursday).
  • Own laptop and ability to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with manual, time-intensive tasks.
  • Experience with paid social platforms and campaign reporting preferred.
