The Company
A leading global marketing consultancy is looking for a Retail Media Consultant to join its London-based team. Supporting some of the world's top brands, this independent firm specialises in helping clients optimise their media and creative investments through strategic advisory and marketing transformation.
The Role
You'll lead and support digital retail media pitch processes, advise on campaign execution, and develop governance frameworks for major global clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help shape operating models, select partners, and stay ahead of trends in a rapidly evolving retail media landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and contribute to retail media RFPs, partner evaluations, and onboarding.

Build governance models and investment tracking frameworks.

Provide strategic campaign and platform guidance to clients.

Monitor industry developments and share insights internally.
About You:

4-6 years' experience in retail media (agency, consultancy, platform, or brand).

Strong knowledge of platforms, ad tech, attribution, and media buying.

Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience.

Analytical thinker with strong project management skills.
