RoleRole & Responsibilities

You will be the driving force behind identifying and securing new business opportunities within large multinational organizations. You will engage with senior executives, crafting compelling proposals tailored to their unique needs, and building lasting relationships that drive sales growth. You'll collaborate with account managers to strategize and support the sales cycle, leveraging internal resources and expertise to maximize success.

Main tasks include
  • Prospect new clients and conduct market research to identify key opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to senior executives, achieving sales and meeting goals.
  • Partner with Account Managers to develop customized sales plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with international teams to drive the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and client information.
  • Promote company webinars and events to potential clients.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales development experience.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level).
  • Experience working in education or with HR stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is beneficial.
  • Strong personal drive, entrepreneurial spirit, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for learning and personal and professional growth.
  • Must be authorized to work in the UK.
