Vacancy Description:
We are looking for professional,confident, reliableand experienced Night Manager to join our team.
Hours: 08:30PM 08:30AM (4 days on 4 days Off)
Salary: 30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Cashiering, reservations, and night audit duties
. Floor walks, to ensure the safety and the security of the property and our Guests
Ensuring all telephone calls are answered efficiently
Dealing with check in and check out and guests enquiries
Process all banking and audit cash floats to ensure accuracy.
Run the night audit and prepare reports.
To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests and deal efficiently with any queries
To supervise the night Shift and team, ensuring that all duties are carried out promptly and to the required standards
General Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt and courteous response to guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and enquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow-through
Identify and pass on to the Reception Manager any potential guest issues
Strives to improve service performance
Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests
Ensure guests preferences and expectations are met
Flexibility in working time, if required
Attend any meeting or training session as required
Be available for emergency callouts
Essential:
Previous experience as a Night Manager or Night Auditor/Supervisor position within a 4/5 star hotel
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
Outstanding customer service skills and attention to details
Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
Be highly motivated and passionate
Competency in computer skills
