A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to lead our Front Office operations during the night shift at our growing luxury boutique hotel.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Night Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel during night hours. This hands-on role ensures the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests throughout the night. Key responsibilities include overseeing the front office team, handling late arrivals and early departures, managing night audits, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.
The Night Manager also ensures that all guest requests during the night are responded to promptly and completed efficiently, and is expected to perform or coordinate basic maintenance tasks to resolve minor issues when engineering support is unavailable. This includes resetting systems, troubleshooting room issues, or addressing urgent housekeeping or facility needs, all while upholding the high standards of our luxury brand.
What we looking for
- Previous experience in a night supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel.
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems and procedures, including night audit and front office operations (Opera experience preferred).
- Proactive problem solver, comfortable handling maintenance and guest service issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage a small team and work independently overnight.
