Job Type: Permanent/Full-time (22.5 hours per week, 41weeks per year) - Actual working hours - 12.30pm to 5pm Monday to Friday

About the role:

We are looking for a receptionist with administration experience who has a commitment to the education of young people to work as part of our vibrant administration team.

Duties will include;

  • Ensuring that visitors and contractors do not gain access to the school unless accompanied and are recorded in the school's visitors book system
  • Ensuring that students do not leave the premises other than at agreed times, dealing with enquiries from parents, students, and staff and producing a range of documents and reports as requested by the Office Manager, Head of Sixth form and others

About you:

It is essential that you have a flexible and pro-active approach and the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to have excellent communication and customer care skills, experience of administration work and good IT skills.
