This well-regarded practice is seeking a Practice Nurse who can utilise their skillset in Chronic Conditions to offer an exceptional level care to patients. As well as a lovely working environment, the opportunity for further progression and development is most certainly in place.

Salary – £46,800 - £52,650 FTE + NHS pension + 5-6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays excl.
Location – Wimbledon, South-West London

Your role –
- Full-time or Part-time Practice Nurse post – minimum 3 days per week
- Work closely with GPs and Nursing team on Respiratory and Diabetes patients
- Face-to-face appointments with patients
- No extended hours requirement + no home visiting
- Your own consulting room
- 15-30 minute appointments
- Primary care experience is essential
- Huge focus on the quality of care to patients, rather than trying to treat as many as possible
- Prescribing qualification not essential – will receive support on this
