Benefits Management
  • Manage the relationship with the benefits provider, overseeing annual renewals, reporting, and the identification of opportunities to enhance the benefits portfolio. Lead the annual benefits enrolment process.
  • Act as the primary liaison with brokers and benefits providers, managing annual renewals and ensuring accurate data provision.
  • Oversee and manage various employee benefits and other relevant offerings. Regularly review the benefits package to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
  • Manage the relationship with the PMI provider, oversee premium renewals via the broker, ensure accurate data sharing, handle invoicing, and communicate key updates to employees.
  • Administer the recognition program, ensuring it operates effectively and is well-utilised by employees. Provide relevant reporting to measure engagement and effectiveness.
  • Manage the EAP provider relationship, monitor usage trends, and promote the program to employees.
  • Generate accurate benefits reports as needed, ensuring all data is up to date across platforms, including the HRIS. Conduct data analysis to inform benefits-related decisions.
Reward & Compensation Support
  • Assist in the mid-year and annual performance rating processes, including drafting calibration packs and supporting salary review cycles.
  • Support participation in annual salary surveys, job matching, and benchmarking exercises.
Key Skills & Experience

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in benefits management who are looking to broaden their expertise in the reward space.

  • Proven experience managing external benefits providers and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of benchmarking processes, including job matching, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience developing and maintaining benefits policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and systems for producing detailed data insights.
  • Highly numerate and financially minded, capable of conducting modelling and analysis across various reward topics.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
