KM4HR are exclusively recruiting for an experienced HRBP looking to move (or continue their career) in an ER specialist role. This is a newly created position reporting in to an extremely successful, supportive Senior HR Business Partner.

You will be leading on all employee relations matters, building strong relations with the wider HR team and relevant key stakeholders internally elsewhere within the business.

Expanding on the UK client groups, you will also be providing support and advise on ER matters across EMEA & APAC including ensuring employee-related policies and procedures in these regions are up to date and compliant with all applicable local laws.

Key areas of responsibility include;

  • HR policy and procedures -development, creation and communication.
  • Change management, TUPE, absence management, maternity, disciplinary, performance management, grievance and redundancy.
  • Works Councils liaison in European territories.
  • Liaison with external legal providers in relation to live cases including tribunal claims.
  • Coaching and advising in dealing with employee relations situations.
  • Projects - ad hoc projects or tasks as requested by the Senior Manager, Employee Relations, EMEA & APAC.

We are looking for a confident HR Advisor with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations. Confidence dealing with ER cases up to tribunal level is essential as is experience gained within large organisations.

Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law and best practice is essential, practical experience of employment law in other jurisdictions across EMEA & APAC would be beneficial.

Individually you will need to be a skilled team player with a solution-based approach to address issues, identifies and implements new solutions which add value. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.

** This role does require you to be onsite 5 days per week. Offices are based in the St Pauls area **
