We are extremely excited to be recruiting for a Global Sourcing Manager within a prestigious, consistently profitable and renown Travel Management Company in London.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office however they may have some flexibility on this depending on experience.

The position of Global Sourcing Manager is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with vendors like airlines, hotels, and rental car companies to secure the best deals.

The role is very much analytics and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of project based, profitable Client Programmes for Consultancy Services clients across Air, Hotel and Ground

• Provide consultative advice and information to internal stakeholders

• Work closely with the Sales and Account Management team

• Conduct meetings with clients and present

• Working with suppliers, negotiate rates

• Build and develop strong relationships

• Attend industry events and keep up to date with industry trends/news

We’re looking for someone who’s experience, and reputation speaks for itself, has a strong background in building relationships.

Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is essential

Able to deal and communicate with people of all levels in a professional manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Negotiation skills

Analytical skills

Presentation skills

Attitude and drive
