Your new companyYou will be working for a well established retail company based in Central London.This role will operate on a hybrid working model.Your new roleYou will be working as a L&D Specialist on an initial 12 month contract.This role will support the Head of L&D to deliver programmes of work linked to their retail people strategy. This includes initiatives such as Early Careers, Induction & Onboarding, Colleague Career Pathway, and Customer Service. As an experienced L&D professional with skills in stakeholder management, design, delivery, and leading projects we are looking for a commercially focused learning expert that can embed creative solutions that improve retail store performance.Some duties will include:

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will have a passion for Learning & Development.
