Outsourcing Senior
Location: Victoria, LondonSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home (after 6-month probation)
Are you an experienced Outsourcing or Business Services professional looking to step into a senior-level position? This established accountancy firm in Victoria is seeking an Outsourcing Senior to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working with OMBs, SMEs, and larger groups up to £230m turnover.

With a team of 26 and a dedicated business services department of three, this firm prides itself on delivering high-quality bookkeeping, management accounts, VAT, and consolidated group reporting across a range of sectors. You'll join a close-knit team that values collaboration and professional growth, with support for further development available.
The Outsourcing Senior Role
As an Outsourcing Senior, you will:
- Prepare management accounts and VAT returns for a varied client portfolio
- Work on consolidated management accounts (including groups with 7+ subsidiaries)
- Use accounting systems such as Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and Netsuite
- Liaise directly with clients to provide insight and ensure timely delivery of reports
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
- Collaborate closely with the Business Services Manager and wider team
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Strong UK-based outsourcing/business services background with management accounts expertise
- Qualifications: AAT qualified or equivalent; ACCA/ACA part-qualified or finalist welcomed but not essential
- Skills: Experience in group consolidations desirable; proficient with Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and ideally Netsuite
- Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, with strong organisational and client-facing skills
