You will play a critical role in shaping compensation strategy, enhancing data capability, and supporting a best-in-class HR function. This is not just about numbers-it's about influencing real change, ensuring fairness, and helping the business make smarter, more informed decisions. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and refine reward models, bonus pools, and compensation structures
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for people data and KPIs
  • Provide analytical insight to support compensation cycles and gender pay reporting
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external advisors across global offices
  • Help evolve the firm's benefits offering and employee value proposition
