International consultancy are now looking for a talented Senior HR business partner to join them and become part of their busy HR team.

This role will play an integral part of their HR team and will report directly to the head of HR.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in lots of interesting projects - from developing training strategy to working directly with the management team.

Typical attributes/responsibilities:

  • ER - working with the management team and employees to positively guide and lead ER cases - applying best practice, training and support.
  • Training and development - assessing gap analysis across the business working with the management team to compile training and development programmes - executing this across the business.
  • Rewards and benefits - continuously assess market trends, look at recruitment and retention trends and ensure that the benefits and reward strategies are implemented across the business.
  • Line management - management of the talent acquisition manager and business area.

Ideal/desired candidate attributes/experience:

  • Degree/CIPD equivalent in 'human resource management’
  • Extensive experience gained within a senior HR role
  • Experience of managing complex ER cases
  • Line management experience
  • Global HR knowledge desirable but not essential
