About the Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a broad generalist role offering leadership and operational elements. The successful candidate will collaborate with key internal stakeholders whilst working with the wider HR team to deliver HR strategy and generalist support across the business. Duties include:
- Performance and career development management
- Coach managers in the development of their people management skills
- Advising on employee relations matters
- Providing guidance on resourcing and talent acquisition
- Drive people strategy and contribute to key projects across HR functions
- Champion best practice
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a generalist HR role at Senior Manager/Business Partner level within a law firm/professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to manage projects and build positive relationships is essential.
