What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Mental Health Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with mental health conditions. This role includes care coordination responsibilities as part of a supportive community mental health team. You will:

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments

• Create and implement personalised recovery-based care plans

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

• Coordinate care across services and agencies

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid HCPC registration

• Experience working with adult mental health conditions in a community or inpatient setting

• Previous experience in care coordination (desirable)

• Excellent communication and case management skills

• The ability to work independently and within a team

• A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This flexible position offers both full-time and part-time hours, Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing with strong potential for extension depending on performance and service requirements.
