Accounts Administrator
Responsibilities
- Issue payment applications accurately and timely.
- Verify invoices and ensure all details are correct.
- Handle CIS labour invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accountancy software.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, particularly in issuing payment applications and verifying invoices.
- Familiarity with CIS labour invoices and related regulations.
- Proficiency in using Xero accountancy software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications.
- Previous experience in a similar role.

- Part-time hours, flexible schedule.
