Are you good with customer service skills? Are you comfortable to handle and manage inbound calls from customers and answer their queries? We are currently recruiting for a Customer service executive with calling experience who can start ASAP.

Role: Customer service officer (Fulltime only)

Location: London (Docklands)

Salary: 13.85 p.h

Job type: Contract until end of Oct'25 (potential for long term contract)

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week

Responsibilities:

  • Staff the Hub contact centre and deal with the full range of enrolment-related student queries, diagnosing and resolving those that can be dealt with immediately at first line and effectively diagnosing, explaining, and referring students to specialist services where required.
  • Ensuring the best possible service is always provided to all stakeholders.
  • To ensure that student queries are answered with the aim of a first touch resolution and within our agreed response times.
  • Interrogate student records and allied IT systems and liaise with colleagues across as required to ensure entitlement and to support diagnosis.
  • Based upon a broad and growing understanding of the student lifecycle, to diagnose student needs, provide advice and explanation and refer students to the full range of specialist services using agreed protocols.
  • Promptly document all queries through the Hub CRM system.
  • Direct and deliver students to relevant drop-in services or scheduled appointments.
  • To undertake any such duties commensurate with the grade of the position as may be required by management.
  • To work between sites as required and on occasion to work in the evening and at weekends.
  • To work in accordance with all policies, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Data Protection policies.
