Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

What you will do:
Youll be responsible for the seamless operation of the UK office, leading the front-of-house and admin teams while maintaining the highest standards across facilities, health & safety, office services, and vendor management. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and takes pride in creating exceptional workspaces.
Youll bring experience managing premium offices, a proactive mindset, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with ease. From daily operations to strategic projects and budget oversight, youll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly no issue too small, no project too complex.
Youll also collaborate globally, supporting the Paris and Bristol offices and ensuring consistency across the firms footprint.

What Youll Bring:
Youll have proven experience managing high-end office environments and the confidence to lead both people and projects with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Youre a natural problem-solver, able to approach challenges with calmness, initiative, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Vendor and budget management will be second nature to you, and youll be comfortable working across platforms like Outlook, Asana, and Slack. A qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be a welcome bonus.
