We are partnering with a thriving and diverse educational institution in the heart of London, looking for a personable and proactive International Admissions Officer to drive student recruitment and relationship management across key global markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, travelling internationally, and making a meaningful impact on students’ futures.
?? As an International Admissions Officer you will:
- Serve as the main point of contact for prospective international students.
- Promote internationally through events and education fairs.
- Guide students and families through the application and enrolment journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address student needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations and provide expert guidance on the admissions process.
- Translate and localise key materials to support clear, inclusive communication.
- Maintain accurate student records and manage the full admissions pipeline.
- Support the wider team with application processing and events coordination.
?? You'll likely be someone who:
- Has experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- Is proficient in one or more additional languages, such as Arabic, Mandarin, French, or Portuguese.
- Is organised, proactive, and student-focused.
- Is a friendly and confident communicator, able to build trust and rapport with diverse audiences.
