We're looking for a highly organised Office/Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our London office, including facilities and client suite management. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with professional services or law firm experience, who can ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the client suite, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.

  • Manage facilities, suppliers, office supplies, and maintenance.

  • Lead a small team, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance.

  • Ensure health & safety compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and risk assessments.

  • Manage office budgets and procurement.

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, AML, SRA).

Requirements:
