C&C Search is currently recruiting a Client Operations Manager in Mayfair on a 6-12 month FTC to start ASAP for a fantastic luxury company with beautiful offices. All about the role and company you would be working for! Position: Client Operations Manager – supporting the smooth running of client operations in a luxury preventative health clinicTerm: 6-12 month FTCSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + free lunch providedWhat they do: High-end integrative health service specialising in the science of ageing and longevity optimisation for UHNW individualsSize of company: Boutique-sized, close-knit team with significant growth plans  5 days a week in the office  Key responsibilities for this Client Operations Manager position:
  • Optimising and overseeing client booking processes to ensure seamless onboarding and efficient scheduling
  • Coordinating closely with the medical and client services teams to manage consultations, testing logistics, diaries and external bookings
  • Maintaining operational excellence across medical room management, stock control and equipment upkeep
  • Liaising with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless service delivery and supplier compliance
  • Supporting data and documentation processes, ensuring strict confidentiality and organisational efficiency
  • Working with cross-functional teams to refine operational processes and support a gold-standard client experience
What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • Proven experience in a client-facing, detail-oriented role such as healthcare, luxury travel or events
  • Strong proficiency in using booking platforms and optimising operational systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Immaculate presentation and an appreciation for the standards expected by UHNW clients
  • High level of organisation, a proactive mindset and unshakeable attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute flexibly as part of a small, passionate team
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and eager to embrace new systems and technologies
  • A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and the science of longevity is a plus
