One of our clients is looking for a proactive and highly organised Estate Administrator to join their on-site team at a large, well-established residential development in West London.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annumWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (35 hours per week)

This is a varied and engaging role that combines office-based administration with hands-on involvement around the estate. The successful candidate will support the Development Manager and wider site team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the estate and high levels of resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver administrative support to the Development Manager and Assistant Development Manager.

  • Liaise with contractors and estate staff to coordinate minor works and access.

  • Manage resident communications and respond to general enquiries.

  • Maintain accurate databases and digital filing systems (e.g., welcome packs, purchase orders, key systems).

  • Administer key fob and remote issuance and programming.

  • Manage car parking correspondence and utility meter readings.

  • Produce reports, newsletters, and other communications as required.

  • Oversee office supplies, estate stock, and basic invoicing/clock-in records.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative or estate support role.

  • Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

  • Confident multitasker who can work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Qube or similar systems is desirable (training provided).

  • A positive, professional attitude and willingness to be hands-on around the estate.

Additional Information:
  • This is an estate-based role that involves a mix of desk and site duties.

  • Some lone working and occasional flexibility in hours may be required depending on site needs.
