Job Title: Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Location: London (accessible from Marylebone and Euston stations (Serviced Office)

Our Executive Assistant / Office Manager will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the executive team and oversee the smooth running of the London office. This role is critical to ensuring effective coordination across the business and maintaining a professional and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- High level of remote coordination with team members and external advisors across the UK.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings across multiple time zones and locations.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and board materials.
- Act as a key liaison with Investors, supporting board meeting preparation and ongoing communication.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the London office, ensuring a well-maintained, efficient, and welcoming workspace.
- Manage office supplies, repairs, and vendor relationships, including liaison with the serviced office provider.
- Coordinate internal events, team socials, and office-wide communications.
- Develop and maintain office systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup, IT equipment, access passes, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and office policies.
Administrative & HR Support:
- Manage multiple inboxes and respond to queries on behalf of senior leaders.
- Coordinate outsourced payroll and assist with HR-related logistics, including contract administration and employee records.
- Support compliance activities such as document collection (e.g., passports, references) and policy adherence.
- Contribute to the professionalisation of internal processes and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Experience in property is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to 60,000
- Annual Bonus: up to 15%
- Pension: Up to 7.5% employer match
- Annual Leave: 25 days + Bank Holidays

Working Environment:
- Office-based 3 to 4 days per week.
