Part time Studio Coordinator/Junior Office Manager required for our West End based Media client. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Studio Coordinator, with experience running an office space. The role will be based on site 3 days per week and you will be the 'go to' person in the office. Working pattern- Tuesday to Thursday. The role is permanent and will be paying between 28-30k (pro rata) depending on experience.

As a priority you will:

-Take on reception duties- meeting guest and organising catering

-Organise events

-Assist HR with onboarding

-Deal with all facilities related administration

To be successful you will need:

-Be able to demonstrate ownership in a similar role

-Have a good understanding of basic health and safety requirements in an office

-Enjoy being social and building rapport with people

-Keen to make a difference in a small office space
