Temp Office Administrator - Part Time We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator- Part Time- 5 days a week 9-3 - Temp until December £15-15.50 an hour In Office Role WHO WILL YOU BE WORKING FOR?Are Client is the only chartered body in the world dedicated to uniting, supporting and advocating for information professionals and librarians – the people who help the world make better decisions.Based in Central London - Euston    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?To ensure the smooth running of the Clients office and to provide day-to-day support for the team, including involvement in events, social activities and administrative tasks.  
  • Administrative support to the Chief Development Officer and Chief Operating Officer, including diary management, meeting bookings and projects.
  • Day-to-day administration of the clients office, including purchasing of stationery, consumables etc.
  • Day-to-day administration of the CILIP office, including purchasing of stationery, consumables etc.
  • Welcoming onsite any visitors in person and ensure passes are pre-arranged when required.
  • Support staff inductions by carrying out premises and office induction.
  • Provide seasonal administrative support to events and other departments.
  • Manage office post and deliveries by sorting and distributing to in-office staff, scanning and sending urgent items, and ensuring remote employees receive scanned copies of their mail promptly. Provide support to teams in managing their post effectively.
  • Involvement in the planning and support of social and team development activities
  • Assist the Executive Assistant in supporting project tasks and any assignments set by the CEO.
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience of working with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable learning other software systems such Room Booking software and CRMs
  • Maintaining records and data to meet organisational standards and in compliance with legislation.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail
