OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - LONDON - 5 MONTH ASSIGNMENT - UP TO £65k HOURLY EQUIVALENT - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a long-standing client who are looking for an Office Administrator for a 5 month assignment, offering hybrid working - 3 days onsite, 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities:

NAVs & Reporting

  • Prepare daily and month-end NAVs
  • Run reports from MUFG Signal Hub
  • Update Top 10 holdings and geographic data

Invoice & Fee Management

  • Process invoices for Trusts, AllianzGI, and Companies House
  • Handle directors' fees, payslips, and HSBC depositary fees
  • Maintain marketing invoice records

Meetings & Coordination

  • Organise team meetings and take minutes
  • Track tasks and planning notes
  • Coordinate factsheet updates and commentary

Shareholder & Compliance

  • Process buyback forms (SHO3)
  • Check website content
  • Analyse shareholder registers and liaise with brokers
  • Support compliance with IT concert party requirements

Other Duties

  • Maintain issue cap/buyback records
  • Manage Listing 15s and Barclays bank charges
  • Perform regular valuations

Reqirements:

* Secretary experience.* Knowledge in investment trusts, corporate governance, UK listed rules, AGM, financial reporting.* Regulatory compliance knowledge.* Data Analysis skills.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Attention to detail.* Proficient in Microsoft office package.* Application 'Diligent' experience.
