Office Administrator – £13/hour + Benefits – United Kingdom (Remote with occasional travel)

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the daily running of Tracware. This is a fully remote, permanent part-time role that plays a vital part in ensuring smooth and professional operations across the company.
You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with our Operations Manager and Client Services team. Your role will involve a wide variety of tasks across HR, finance, document control, and business coordination—all from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems and manage company documentation
- Develop and update internal policies and procedures
- Arrange business travel and logistics
- Raise invoices and track project costs with the Client Services team
- Assist with business compliance and control processes
- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Oversee organisation of digital files and internal server
- Provide weekly financial reports to the Managing Director
- Support continuous improvement of documentation and internal processes
