Position Details

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Annual Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Working Pattern: Full Time (9 am - 5:30 pm, 5 days a week in the office)
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday and private medical insurance

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Office Manager, you will wear many hats! Your main duties will include:

Reception Duties:

- Managing visitor passes and keeping reception and meeting rooms presentable.- Client meet and greet, offering tea/coffee/lunch.- Answering phone calls and managing the firm's general inbox.

Office Management:

- Maintaining a well-functioning office space, liaising with Building Management.- Managing supplier relationships and equipment maintenance.- Acting as the first point of contact for IT issues.- Overseeing health and safety compliance and ensuring supplies are replenished.

Legal Admin Support:

- Assisting the legal team with preparation and delivery of court bundles and legal documents.- Keeping tabs on new client inquiries and providing ad hoc assistance with legal directory submissions.

Key Attributes

  • Has experience in a similar role in a small to medium business.
  • Is a self-starter, adept at finding efficient solutions.
  • Possesses knowledge of compliant office policies and attention to detail.
  • Has a can-do attitude and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Foreign language skills and law firm experience are a bonus!
