The role is based at their offices.

Fast growing and developing consultancy are now looking for an office manager (with some PA duties) to join their busy and fast expanding London team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team with the prospect of putting your ideas into practice and making the role your own.

The role encompasses a wide variety of tasks from managing the office day-to-day, scheduling travel arrangements across the business, assisting with HR administration to providing day-to-day diary management for the CEO.

Office management duties:

  • Managing supplier relationships and the office budget
  • Ordering stationery, refreshments, new office furniture
  • Post/deliveries and couriers
  • First point of call for facilities issues - liaising with the building manager
  • Meeting and greeting visitors

PA duties:

  • Collating expenses across the business - logging and processing
  • Diary management - scheduling calenders and meetings
  • Ordering refreshments for meetings
  • Booking team and client lunches
  • Travel - organising and scheduling UK and international travel and agendas across the teams

HR admin:

  • Onboarding - ensuring all new starters have passwords, stationery and are set up prior to their first day
  • Adhoc admin tasks

Skills/attributes required:

  • Proven experience gained within a similar role
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft suite - Word, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Team player, proactive, adaptable, fast paced, problem solver
  • Diary management and travel booking experience
  • Understanding of HR databases - would an advantage
